THE VINDYS have become one of the most sought after, premier bands in the Northeast Ohio area with their unique blend of pop, jazz, and rock. The Vindys with their blend of music, brings a pop savvy sound to their fans and to music connoisseur around the world.



The band include Jackie Popovec on lead vocals and guitar, John Anthony on guitar and harmony vocals, Ed Davis on drums and harmony vocals, Scott Boyer on bass, and Rick Deak on guitar and harmony vocals. Each band member is a classically trained seasoned musicians, allowing that training to filter into their music.



Since the band is from Northeast Ohio (Youngstown) they blend in the roots and the influences of Youngtown, which helps bring depth and substance to their music. Combine this depth and substance with a high energy stage presence and it makes a good recipe for an instantly likable band. This was differently the evident, at the 2019 Winnetka Music Festival when the band grace the stage. The band had the audience mesmerized with their high energy show and that pop savvy sound.
